Sovata
Sovata (in Hungarian Szováta , in German Sowata ) is a city of the Judeţ de Mureş, in Romania. It is with the foot of the Montagnes Gurghiu, at an altitude of 475-600 Mr. It is known for his salted lakes, of which most important is the Lac Ursu. Formed in 1875, this last is single in Europe, being one of largest the lake Héliotherme S of the world. Its temperature reaches in summer up to 40-50 degrees Celsius with a depth of 1.5 Mr.
The city is a tourist attraction thanks to the therapeutic properties of salt water but also thanks to the artisanal products sold by the inhabitants of the villages of the neighborhoods.
