Soustons
Soustons is a common French, located in the department of the Landes and the area Aquitaine.
Geography
The town of Soustons is located on the edges of the lake of the same name. It shares on the Atlantique coast tourist complex of Port of Albret, with Old man-Boucau-the-Baths. The part of Port of concerning Albret its commune (called " Soustons-Plage" ) is located at the south of the marine lake and the north of Seignosse. It has two supervised beaches: one on the Ocean, the other on the marine lake.
History
Soustons was named by English: south for the " sous" and town for the " tons" who thus means " city of the sud". We are not sure of this explanation…
