Sournia

Sournia (Sornian in Occitan) is a common French, located in the department of the the Eastern Pyrenees and the area Languedoc-Roussillon. Its inhabitants is Sourniannais.

Geography

Sournia is a borough of the Fenouillèdes, the part Languedoc ienne of the the Eastern Pyrenees, bordered by the Désix. Sournia is to 22 km of It and Vinça, to 24 km of Prades and Saint-Paul-with-Fenouillet, 30 km of Latour-of-France and with 34 km of Axat.
La common belongs to AOC Coast-of-Roussillon.
Sournia is crossed by the Sentier of great excursion GR. 36.
