A soup kitchen is a Soupe, or more generally of the food, been used free for the stripped people.

History

The first free soups are distributed at the end of the 19th century in the industrialized countries.

The term of “soup kitchen” appears after the Krach of 1929. Million unemployed in France and with the the United States was thus nourished not to die of hunger and cold.

Today, of many associations serve as the soup kitchens throughout the world.
