Souleimaniye or Sulaymaniya is the capital of the province of Have-Sulaymaniya in the North-East of the Iraq. Founded in 1784, by Sulaiman Pasha Baban, of a population of approximately a million Kurdish inhabitants. In Kurdish " Sulaimany".
