Soubré

Soubré is a small town of Côte of ivory from which the inhabitants come in majority from the people Bété. It is built on a curve of the river Sassandra . In this little inhabited area, an abundant fauna still populates the forests around and one finds there Buffle S and elephant S.

History

The combat for the Décolonisation was actively carried out by of the Ivory Coast whose famous ones (such as Yves Nadaud) were nationals of Soubré.

Soubré is a Préfecture located in the western south of the Ivory Coast. Soubré belongs to the area of the Bas-Sassandra

Economy

The area of Soubré produces mainly Cacao. The inhabitants of Soubré also practice fishing on the lake Buyo.
