A sorbet is a serves frozen which, contrary to the Ice cream, does not contain a cream.
The sorbet is primarily composed of Fruits. It is sometimes mixed with alcohol, which lowers the melting point of the unit, and makes the sorbet more marrowy.
The machines with sorbet do not inject as much air in the ice than the machines with ice cream in order to thicken the product. This difference confers on the sorbets a more marked fruity taste.
