A song writer and performer ( ACI ) is a person who writes the words and composes the Musique of Chanson S that he interprets.

It reserves the right to correct, improve, even to add to it features which are not registered on the handwritten partition of which he is the only holder: what authenticates its style, its breadth and its autonomy. This right cannot be begun again by other musicians, which authenticates its unicity. It is about a Royalty who confers an exclusive monopoly to him: i.e. patrimonial right moral (perpetual) and rights (during 70 years after the date of its death).

In fact, a music recorded is only one reflection of the multiple possibilities that could take or not to take the ways in which the Compositeur poured. Work will be protected if it is original, if it reflects the personality, the tastes and the imagination of its author, and this independently of its artistic or esthetic qualities.
