Somerset House is a large neo-classic building located on Strand, in the center of London, directly in the East of the bridge of Waterloo. The central part, works of Sir William Chambers, was built between 1776 and 1796. The wings north and south, of style victorien, were added more tardily. She accommodates several museums.
