Joe Dever gave his permission for the legal and free distribution of the books by the means of Internet. Consequently, a certain renewed interest towards the Solitary series Loup was born on the Web, particularly in Italy, Spain and France where the books were republished between 2002 and 2006. In 2007, the editor Mongoose Publishing announced that the whole of the deliver-plays of the Solitary series Loup , including books 29 to 32, ever published, was going to be republished. Moreover, books 1 to 28 would be rewrite by Joe Dever. For the moment, only the first volume, Flight from the Dark , left. It comprises from now on 550 paragraphs and was re-examined in-depth. The reactions of the fans are mitigated, certain finding it better than the original, others on the contrary too formatted. On the other hand, no information concerning a possible translation in French was emitted.
