Solheim Cup 2007

The edition 2007 of the Solheim Cup was held 14 with the September 16th on the golf Halmstad Golfklubb with Halmstad in Sweden.

Teams

The selection criteria are different for the two teams.

  • For Europe, the five first of the classification of the Merit European are qualified. Then, the four best European players with world classification are also qualified who do not appear in the first list. Finally the three last places are determined by the choice of the captain.

  • For the United States, the first ten American with world classification is qualified. They are joined by two choices of the captain.
