Solange Charest

Solange Charest (August 3rd 1950 with Amqui -) is a political Québécois and old woman Député E pequist of the district Rimouski with the National Assembly of Quebec.

Biography

Solange Charest made her studies, in 1982, with the Université of Quebec with Rimouski in Sociologie, before supplementing, in 1992, a control in public communication with the Université Laval.

She was elected for the first with the elections of 1994 for the Parti Québécois in the district Rimouski. She is re-elected with the elections of 1998 and 2003. The 7 September 2006, it takes everyone by suprise by announcing that it will not request a new mandate, not having more the motivation to represent its voters.
