Socionique

Within the framework of the analytical Psychology, was brought theoretical elements of which the existence of the " standard psychological ". This discovery was work in years 1930 of Carl Gustav Jung (1875-1961), Swiss psychiatrist in bond, then in deep dissension with Freud.

From its discovery of the psychological types places of the theoretical approaches and the developments had of which the socionique one.

The socionic Russian (: соционика) is a theory built starting from three other theoretical approaches:

  • from a power station point of view the theory is based on the work of Carl Gustav Jung in particular his contributions and its conceptualization on what one names in psychology jungienne, named better the analytical Psychologie: the psychological Standard .

  • the socionique one also rests on, key Freud and its two concepts: That there exists conscious and of unconscious.
  • Finalement it is also based on the theory of Antoni Kępiński bearing on the structure of information.

This approach was elaborate in the political arena of the Soviet Union, and although not being developed in bond with Western research, she arrived has to be during development which the theory junguienne knew psychological Type by the Myers Briggs Type Indicator.

Into socionic the modeling and the uses of the various types of personalities are however different, and the method of approach is more complex than in that of the MBTI.

This complexity makes say to the authors of this theory, which it has nevertheless " more finesse" , in the sense that it would be carrying of more than direction on reality than the method developed within the framework of the MBTI. There is debate of experts.

It is Aushra Augustinavichute (in Lithuanian Aušra Augustinavičiūtė) which is the creative one of this theory.

It is the International institute of socionic founded in 1991 in Kiev, in Ukraine which today diffuses this work. The director of the organization is Doctor Alexandre Boukalov.

Contributions of Carl Gustav Jung

Theoretical contributions

Jung distinguishes, within the activity of the human spirit, two large types of activity and four mental processes:

  • To collect information or Perception P, in two opposite ways: the intuition NR and the feeling S;
  • To process these data to lead to conclusions or judgment J, in two opposite ways: the thought T (for thinking ) and the feeling F (for feeling ).

It as observed as the individuals tend to find their energy and with being instigated:

  • is by the external environment, the activities and the experiments: Extraversion E
  • is by the interior universe of the ideas, the memories and the emotions: Introversion I

“The feeling (i.e., the feeling of perception) says to you that something exists; the reflection says to you what it is; the feeling says to you if it is pleasant or not; and the intuition says to you from where it comes and where it goes.”. C.G. Jung

Ethical contributions

In its work the psychological types , Carl Gustav Jung defines three large pairs of characteristics of the human Psyché, characteristics which it bases at the same time on his practice of the Psychanalyse but also on pushed an enough study of psychological differentiation during the various pre times and post-Christian women.

In order to avoid recoveries badly included/understood of this work, in particular those proposing for example " that when that one is of such or such type, one must inevitably act of such or of such façon" or " that nor of the " psychologique" type; , nor in the way " to be or of agir" we cannot leave our vie" forever;

It developed in work " The man and his symboles" a warning statement. In particular in a passage having for subject one of the aspects of the personality of the woman whom one names the Animus, the male share of the woman.

An example illustrates its warning statement: page 194 of " The man and his symboles" is illustrated, amongst other things, by an image (on the left) of Gandhi. Gandhi is an introvert because, with the image of wise, it was a being open to introspection during most of its life, but thereafter, it was also a extraverti with the image of a Head of State, of a revolutionist even if it were with the name " non-violence".

It as warns to us by indicating as “it is rather sterile to label people and to press them in categories.” , Carl Gustav Jung - the Man with discovered of his heart.

The explanatory model of the socionique one

Socionique is a model stipulating that each of the sixteen psychological types have a more or less given social role. Each person accepts and produced information in a different way according to her type, which generates different behaviors according to the types.

Socionique also stipulates that the human relations are foreseeable. Reality is perceived by each person, in ways slightly different according to the types of these same people, which generates different behaviors, and different mental capacities. What can generate different interactions.

Socionique proposes also a relational model, with fourteen types of relations, determinable by the types of the implied people.

Socionique is based on three fundamental concepts:  eight aspects of reality  eight SEMI elements (metabolism of information)  eight psychic functions

Augusta said that reality objectifies consisted of eight aspects, and that it constantly sends information on itself. Each element perceives reality under the corresponding aspect. These data elements are established in psychic functions, which are the various manners of accepting or of producing information. We will return there later.

The socionique one became a serious scientific discipline today, with whole share, studied by experts whom one calls of the socionists. Several tens of authors published works and articles dealing with socionic, in Russian language in particular. Among them we find in particular Alexander Boukalov, Dmitri Lytov, Victor Gulenko, Gregory Reinin, and Aushra Augusta of course.

The socionique one presents many applications, in particular in the training, the communication, the management of the organizations such of the families, the companies, or associations, the vocational guidance, and psychology. The socionique one makes it possible to better know itself, but also to communicate, accept, and to anticipate.
