Society off Competitive Professionnals Intelligence
The Society off Competitive Intelligence Professionnals (SCIP) is a professional association with nonlucrative goal in the field of the economic Intelligence.
History
Created in 1986, SCIP is based in the United States. It includes/understands nearly 6000 members, gathered by " chapters" in 50 countries.
The French branch (SCIP France) was created in 1992 by Robert Guillaumot (Inforama), Yves-Michel Marti (Egideria), Bruno Martinet (French Cements), and Jean-Pierre Bernat (Elf). It is the first French network of the professionals of the Economic Intelligence and the Knowledge management. It is currently chaired by Mr. François LIBMANN, specialist French in the databases on line.
Presentation
Entities SCIP France and SCIP Israel, have specificity to be completely autonomous, with their own board of directors and their own budget.
This association brings together all the professionals of strategic information: of the documentalist to the strategic analyst, while passing through the investigators of company, the managers of databases and the managers of networks of advisers of company, the management consultants of the process of information strategic.
