A lodging house and social rehabilitation or CHRS is a category of social establishments intervening in the field of the reception, the lodging and the social rehabilitation and professional of the people in situation of Exclusion.
The CHRS concern the field of competence of the State. Tariffing, the financing, the control and the follow-up of these establishments are ensured by DDASS the departmental level.
