Social law and order
The general legal concept of Law and order is based on the application of imperative legal provisions. That of concept of social law and order aims at posing principles of regulation as regards social Législation. It thus poses one or of the ideas aiming at guaranteeing in a strong way the fundamental Social rights of the citizens.
