Social Triarticulation
Triarticulation of the social welfare , or social triarticulation , or triarticulation sociétale , or social tripartition (translation of German Soziale Dreigliederung ).
Organization of company proposed by Rudolf Steiner and which requires as a preliminary that the men know each other truly, to create forms which correspond to be to them whole.
It is a question of founding:
- freedom in the heart (each individual must develop its originality…) and in the culturo-spiritual sphere (freedom of the education not controlled to the state, to support personal creation…)
- equality in the spirit (each man is subjected to the same laws of birth, life and dead…) and in the politico-legal sphere (same rights and duties for all)
- fraternity in the body (we all are inhabitants and brothers on Earth) and in the economic sphere (mutual aid instead of competition). One knows freedom in the economy (capitalism) and the equality in the economy (Communism), it is high time to pass to fraternity in the economy…
Three large spheres of activity
By triarticulation of the social welfare , one understands the interactive existence of the three large " sphères" of activity of the company:
-
the sphere of the Economy (production, circulation and consumption of the goods and the services); include all the products of nature or human production.
-
the sphere of the Right and the Political (development and followed rules allowing the life in society); relate to the relations person to person.
-
the Spiritual sphere and Cultural in the broad sense (the spiritual one, culture, the social one, ecology, the human one); concern what is resulting from each individuality and must be built-in at the social welfare.
A healthy company
The company (or " organization social") function healthily when the three capacities act as any autonomy, respect themselves and work in collaboration for the good of all.
A pathology of the social welfare
Currently, one of the three spheres (the economic sphere) tries to impose its domination on the legitimate interests of both others.
The civil society - 3rd capacity
In this moment, the Civil society is discovered like the principal institution of the spiritual and cultural sphere, and like one of the three major capacities of the company (the Market, the State, the Civil society).
