Social The Capital Foundation
The Social Capital Foundation (TSCF) is an international organization who continues the promotion of the authorized capital and social cohesion. Created in 2002, it is based in Brussels.
Social goal
TSCF contributes to the promotion of the authorized capital, definite like a whole of mental provisions and attitudes supporting the co-operative behaviors inside the company. In this direction, the authorized capital can be regarded as a semantic equivalent of the spirit of community.
TSCF realizes or mixed liability company of socio-economic research, publishes scientific publications and product of the International Conferences.
Methods of action
TSCF publishes the international review TISR (The International Review Scope), which publishes multidisciplinary work and articles on the contemporary transformations in the industrialized countries. TISR binds three fields: the economic field, the ethnic field and the interpersonal field, on the basis of tripartite model of the change sociétal worked out by Dr. Patrick Hunout in the years 1995-1996.
Social ideal
TSCF defends in particular the adoption of an social economy of market on the model of the " Rhenish Capitalism " , the safeguarding of the cultural identity, adoption of values and behaviors less individualistic, and an increased civic engagement, this last being made possible by a gradual reduction in the role of the State based as well on the development of the civil society organized as on the central social role of the middle-classes.
