Snuff

The snuff was the first mode of consumption of the Tabac. It is appeared as a fine powder. In the beginning, its only component is tobacco reduced out of powder. With time, different component are added: Nicotine, sweetening, abrasives or of chemicals. These last additions make a product as harmful of it as the Cigarette, the Cigare, the Pipe or the chicha.

Its mode of consumption is the aspiration by the nasal ways, just like the Cocaïne.

Cigarette smoking to be snuffed is prohibited in the European Union since 1992, except for the Sweden. In December 2004, the European Court of justice decided to maintain the prohibition of the Tabac to spoken usage.
