Snipe of Chatham

The Snipe of Chatham ( Coenocorypha pusilla ), or more exactly the Snipe of the Islands Chatham , is a Limicole pertaining to the family of the Scolopacidae. Its name can lend to confusion with another species, extinct however: Coenocorypha chathamica .
