Small estate of the Pear trees
The Closerie of the Pear trees is a place known as located on the commune of Saint-Ouën-of-Roofs. It is on this place says that résidat Jean Chouan and its family. The small estate was restored by the municipality with identical of what it was to be at the time of Jean Chouan to become the Museum of Jean Chouan and the farming community of the 18th century of the commune.
One sees there a diaporama reporting the life of Jean Chouan and the restoration of the site, a garden with the same cultures as at the time and a reconstitution of the life at the time with furniture and the mannequins. The visit is guided.
