History

In 1893, Pierre Valton created with Troyes Valton-Quinquarlet hosiery & Wire specialized in the Undergarment S, in particular in Pants S and undershirts.

In 1918, Etienne Valton, his son, creates the breeches Petit Boat, whose name is inspired by the song “Mom the p' tits boats which go on water have legs? ”.

The mark Petit Boat is deposited in 1920 and is symbolized then by the drawing of a called little girl Marinette.
