Slax
The Slax is a Distribution Linux available in the form of LiveCD, i.e. one can launch the system without anything to install. The distribution must be on external media (CD, DVD, Clé USB, etc) which are started with the starting of the computer.
This distribution is one of very first with the beginning of the year 2000 and took part in the diffusion of the liveCD.
It was conceived starting from the distribution Linux Slackware.
It uses also modules .mo available per a thousand on the official site which one copies in the adequate repertory. It is also possible to return it bootable on a key USB with “syslinux” or the program Windows “MySlax creator”.
