Slanetz (gélose of)
The gélose of Slanetz is a Culture medium used for the enumeration of the Entérocoques (Standard AFNOR NF T 90-416) in food microbiology. Its employment is especially reserved for water, after filtration.
Slanetz and Bartley: Hydroysat trypsin of casein, yeast extract, glucose, disodic phosphate, azide, agar+TTC (2-3-5 triphényl-tétrazolium chloride).
