Company rested by Abel Rossignol in 1907. Repurchased by Bridois, Laurent Boix-Sharp in 1956.
Skis Nightingale is a company of manufacture of materials of winter sports. It is not with dimensions any more with the Bourse de Paris since the friendly tender offer of Quiksilver and its withdrawal of the dimension in September 2005.
Situation 2006:
Skis Rossignol is the world n° 1 of the design, the manufacture and the marketing of material of winter sports.
CA by family of products is distributed as follows:
- material of winter sports (70,6%): equipment of Alpine skiing (85,5% of CA; skis, shoes, fixings, sticks; marks Nightingale, Dynastar, Lange, Look, Kerma), of snowboard (10,3%; boards, fixings, shoes; Nightingale, Hammer, Dynastar), of cross-country skiing (4,2%; skis, boards, shoes, fixings, iceskates; Nightingale and Risport);
- material of golf (21,4%): clubs, balls, accessories (Cleveland mark);
- textile (7%): marks Nightingale, Dynastar and Cleveland;
- rollers (1%): mark Rossignol.
The geographical distribution of CA is the following one:

- North America (39,4%)
- Asia (7,7%)
