Skalvien
The skalvien is an extinct language belonging to the Baltic group Eastern of the Indo-European Langues.
History
The skalvien disappeared at the 16th century to be replaced by the Lituanien. One keeps traces of this language only in certain proper names.
Distribution
The skalvien spoke itself in the west about the Lithuania, and in the north of the enclave of Kaliningrad, close to the mouth of the Niémen, and along the the Baltic.
