Skalumet
Skalumet is a group of music French originating in Montpellier. With great copper blows, cords and percussions (11 members), the skalumets sail between festive Musique, reggae and funk. Created some ten years ago by a band of pals montpelliérains, the group turns still regularly in the area. In 2000, Skalumets gained a springboard organized by Rock' blind. Springboard which allowed them enregister a model of 7 titles, " first récolte". Then the concerts were connected (many first parts of Roultaboul, Raspigaous, wire of teupuh, Stevo' S teen, Cargols, Raoule Petite,…). The group evolved/moved, but its members are always as welded as at the first day. A second album is currently in preparation and will leave at the end of 2006.
