Sixth direction is an association of studies and research in Parapsychologie. She studies, inter alia subjects, the extrasensory perceptions: Clairvoyance, Premonition, modified state of consciousness, Telepathy and many other topics.

Since 1998, date of its creation, this association stresses essential research in this field but also on the importance to denounce the charlatans in all kinds which tarnish the image of research in parapsychology and make, each year, several tens of thousands of victims in France and the million with through the world. Sixth Direction wants to be to be an association bringing each one to the reflection and the theoretical and practical study of reported testimonys. In the long term, it is installation of structure very complete which will have to take over to this end accompanied by the participation by associations by studies in parapsychology, the scientists, of the witnesses, but also of the parking state of an objective work of quality which would take part in an intensive way in the prevention against the swindles, the management of the conflicts (lawsuit) and the installation of the means human, technical and financial to conclude research on this discipline still too perceived like a subject taboo.
