Sittou Raghadat Mohamed

Madam Sittou Raghadat Mohamed the first woman Minister and elected appointed of the Comoros (List of political personalities of the Comoros).

Born on July 6th, 1952 with Ouani - Anjouan - the Comoros, Mrs Sittou Raghadat Mohamed List of political personalities of the Comoros, qualified by the Comorian media of " symbol of the fight of the women comoriennes" (The magazine ComoresMag n°16 of March 23rd, 2007) or of the " pionnière and the reference as regards women to Comores" (Newspaper Kashkazi n°26 of February 2nd, 2006) taught during several years French and the history-geography in various colleges of the country and with the College Said Mohamed Sheik of Moroni before being named a Secretary of State to the female condition and the population in 1991 by President Said Mohamed Djohar.

From 1991 to 1996 she assumed high political responsibilities: High commissioner with the female condition, Ministers for the social affairs, special adviser of the president of the republic, assistant general secretary of the government, elected appointed….

Currently, it is teaching with the IFERE (Training institute of the Teachers and Research in Education) at the University of the Comoros and Préside the FAWECOM (Forum of the Teachers in the Comoros), an antenna of ONG FAWE (Forum of the African Teachers.
