Sit of Cambric

Cambric was besieged several times during its history, in particular:

  • by the Hungarians in 953;
  • by the king of England Edouard III in 1339;
  • by the count de Fuentes in 1595;
  • Seat of Cambric (1677), by the king of France Louis XIV.
