Sisal plant attenuata

The sisal plant with neck of swan , also called sisal plant with tail of fox ( Sisal plant attenuata ) is a species of the family of the Agavaceae.

She forms tufts of rivet washers of sheets of color green-gray, without final spines. Into growing old, each rivet washer is found at the end of a trunk which can reach several tens of centimetres.

The inflorescence of the sisal plant with neck of swan is particularly decorative. Curve, evoking a neck of swan, it is with it that this species owes its vernacular name.

She is originating in the Mexico, of the states of Mexico City and Jalisco.
