Single delegation of the personnel

the DUP gathers the representative institutions: Work's council, union delegate. This is open at the time of the installation of its renewal or work's council.

Presentation

The decision of the installation of a single delegation of worker representation is allocated to the head of undertaking, after consultation of union delegate (DP).

If the work's council (EC) exists there must be also consulted. The installation of the delegation of the single personnel is then possible at the time of the renewal of the EC. The term of the office of the single union delegate is adjusted to make it coincide with that of the work's council.

The single union delegate are elected officials. The electoral rules those applicable to the election of are union delegate.

Their number by representative trade union varies according to the size of the company:

from 50 to 74 paid: 3 holders and 3 substitutes
for 75 to 99 paid: 4 holders and 4 substitutes
for 100 to 124 paid: 5 holders and 5 substitutes
for 125 to 149 paid: 6 holders and 6 substitutes
for 150 to 174 paid: 7 holders and 7 substitutes
for 175 to 199 paid: 8 holders and 8 substitutes

Attributions

This single delegation is possible in the company whose manpower lies between 50 and 199 paid.

She joins together attributions of DP and the THIS.

The monthly meetings DP and THIS always take place each month one following the other, on convocation of the head of undertaking.

The credit of hours allotted to the single union delegate to perform their functions of DP and member of the THIS is fixed at 8 p.m. per month.
