The République of Singapore (in English Republic off Singapore , in Mandarin 新加坡共和国 Xīnjīapō Gònghégúo , in Malayan Republik Singapura , in Tamoul சிங்கப்பூர்கீடியரசீ Ciŋkappūr Kudiyarasu ) is a country of Asia located at 137 km in the north of the equator.
