Simplice saint
Saint Simplice of Rome is a martyr of 304.
The etymology of its name: Latin simplex which wants to say simple. It was the frêre of Saint Faustin. Simplice is stopped with him. All two are thrown in the the Tiber with Rome in 304 during the persecution of Dioclétien. Their bodies are found on Via Oporto and are buried by their sister Béatrix or Viatrix.
