Bernard Dombs known as “Simon Casas” , born the September 2nd 1947 with Nimes (France, Department of Gard), is old a Matador French.

Biography

Simon Casas attends her first bullfight whereas it is only four years old. The spectacle strongly displeases to him. But at eight years, it only goes to a bullfight in which Antonio Ordóñez takes part and out of fascinated spring and convert. After the death of his father, it is not satisfied any more to be spectator but dream to be one actor day. At twelve years, it torée its first young cow. Three years later, it leaves for Spain in order to learn with toréer “for truth”. But it is not that in 1966 qu' it can finally thread the Bullfighter's costume. After several years of galère, during which it torée only in a very episodical way, a “French matador” seeming true extraterrestrial then, it takes finally the alternative to Nimes in 1975, and the Coleta is cut (takes its retirement) as of the following day.

After her retirement of matador, Simon Casas reconverted himself into the bullfighting: organizer of bullfights, Apoderado , stockbreeder of bulls. He is director of several arenas, in particular Nimes and Castellón of Plana; he postulated in vain twice with the direction of the arenas of Madrid.

He lives Madrid, Marques place of Pontejos, places on which he slept as a SDF whereas he was yet only one teenager dreaming of glory and lights.
