The progression of the player is based on a star system, as for the hotels, with a new received star with each time the population of the tower exceeds a certain threshold and other conditions. The population is currently the number of individuals in the tower; thus, a great number of hotel room will cause an increase in the population during the night. When the tower improves, more and more of installations can be built by the player. As for the other plays Maxis, the gameplay is not linear, and SimTower does not have specific end; however, the principal goal is a population of 15000 inhabitants, which gives to construction the statute Tour .
One of the activity-key of the play is to build and manage with effectiveness the Ascenseur S with an aim of making it possible to the occupants to quickly move between the stages easily and.
