Synopsis

In the future, the Earth does not have of natural resources to survive enough any more, the vegetation almost completely disappeared. On board the space conveyer Valley forges, a research team cultivates forests, in particular the botanist Freeman Lowell (Bruce Dern) which occupies itself with passion of maintenance of the giant greenhouses with the assistance of robots, the Huey drones and Dewey. But a message of the Earth requires of the team to return and all to destroy. Lowell refuses and will put all works about it to save the gardens and to take the control of the conveyer…
