Silene rupestris
The Silène of the rocks ( Silene rupestris ) is a herbaceous Plante pertaining to the family of the Caryophyllacées and the kind Silene .
Description
At first sight, Silène of the rocks does not resemble other silenes with its small white flowers with the indented petals. Its stem is spindly with opposite sheets. It flowered from May to September in the falls of altitude of 1500 to 3000 meters. One can easily confuse Silène of the rocks with the crawling Gypsophile.
