Sigurimi
The Drejtoria E Sigurimit you Shtetit (Direction of the state security), commonly called Sigurimi, was the Intelligence service of the Albania during the Communist regime. Created in 1943, it functioned until the fall of Communism in 1991, date on which it was replaced by the ShIK.
History
