Signal of Mailhebiau

The signal of Mailhebiau (or Mailhe-Biau ) is the culminating point of the Aubrac and the Aveyron. If the mountain is divided between the departments of the Aveyron and the Lozere, the top itself is located in this last, on the commune of Trélans. Top, and per good weather, one can see the mounts of the Margeride and sometimes even the Plomb of the Cantal. Mailhebiau is covered with pastures where the cows of race Aubrac come brouter during the summer.
