The sign of Nikolsky is a dermatological observation highlighted by the Russian Médecin Petr Nikolsky. This sign can be observed by exerting a tangential pressure or a friction of the Peau at the base of a lesion. If this pressure or this friction involves a cutaneous separation, that objects of a bulleuse Dermatose.
