Shugyo
General information
The ambition better to encircle and implement this phenomenon important supposes to distinguish name well, of the phenomenon which it indicates.
Origin
At the beginning, the
shugyo is an expression of the Japanese cultural register, the
Zen, indicating about “the union of the body and the spirit. ”
Interest
The ambition of this article, is to give an account of an important concept to Japan, and beyond, for whole humanity: we all are concerned with the body and the spirit.
Introduction
