Shreveport
Shreveport is the third city of the Louisiana. It is closely related to the town of Bossier City, with a metropolitan population of 378.331 inhabitants. She is the seat of the Paroisse of Caddo.
Founded in 1836 by the company Shreve Town, it is located on the banks of the Red Rivière of the South, is released and made navigable by Henry Miller Shreve, which ordered the body of the engineers of army of the the United States, and with which it city (and the company Shreve Town) owes their name.
Shreveport is the center of, the area including/understanding the Arkansas, the Louisiana, and the Texas. It has many casinos which attract people of four States, Sam' S Town Casino, El Dorado Casino, Horseshoe Casino, Boomtown Casino and Harrah' S. It has also four universities, the University of the State of Louisiana with Shreveport, the Centenary University of Louisiana, the University Southern of Shreveport, and the University Baptist of Louisiana.
The seat of the American Pink Society and its rosery are close to Shreveport.
