Ambrosia Parsley begins its thorough musical career by an eccentric grandmother who learns to him from hurdy-gurdies songs jazzy and organizes its first concert whereas it is seven years old. It then continues to occur in various bars of the south of the the United States. Throughout this period, it composes of the songs which it starts to record after its meeting with Duke McVinnie and Danny McGough. The recording companies are shown quickly interested and in 2000 leaves their first album.
