Summary

With the Araiso college, the two central figures (also present in Wild To adapt), Tokito and Kubota, make the 400 blows, under cover to belong to the executive committee of the college (from where the title), which is supposed to make reign the order.

If this manga can make think by certain side of well-known GTO, the history tends more on the side of the Shonen-have, i.e. it is strewn with insinuations idiotic (and always contradicted) on an love affair between the two heroes.

The humor of Kazuya Minekura is very present there.
