Shinkansen series 500
The Shinkansen series 500 are motorized Rames electric belonging to the railway company japonaire JR West. Brought into service in 1997, series 500 are the most powerful Shinkansen trains with a power in total traction exceeding 18 MW, enabling them to circulate up to 300 km/h.
