Shine Herrera

Luis Herrera is a racing cyclist Colombia N, born the May 4th 1961. It affectionately was called " Lucho." A national hero of 57 kg! He was the first runner to gain the classification of best climbing in the three large turns since Federico Bahamontes in the Fifties.
