Shine Barragán (Guadalajara, born on March 9th, 1902 with Mexico City, deceased on November 22nd, 1988), was a Mexican architect .
After its diploma for the occupation of engineer obtained in 1923, it travels through Europe, in particular in Spain and France or it visits the International exhibition of Decorative and industrial Arts modern.
