Shigenobu Ōkuma

Shigenobu Ōkuma (February 16th 1838 - January 10th 1922) was a man Politique Japan board.

It was the 8th Prime Minister of Japan between the June 30th 1898 and the November 8th 1898, and the 17th Prime Minister between the April 16th 1914 and the October 9th 1916.

His/her father was officer in the army. Shigenobu Ōkuma studied the Chinese Littérature in its childhood. He learned also the English and the Dutch. He founded prestigious the Université Waseda in 1882.
