Sheshonq leaves a very beautiful monument to Tanis dedicated to God Khonsou. The Nubians continue their progression and occupy Thèbes. He marries Tadibastet {{II}} and has a child Osorkon {{IV}} which succeeds to him. There is no consensus as for the attribution of its reign to this dynasty.
